PekiSSL WHMCS Module: Automate SSL Certificate Sales

For businesses selling hosting, domains, or web design services through WHMCS, selling SSL certificates usually means a separate manual workflow: the customer places an order, you manually open a certificate in the PekiSSL dashboard, copy the CSR, track the validation steps, and finally send the files to the customer. The PekiSSL WHMCS Module removes all of that by embedding the process directly into WHMCS's own order flow.
What Does the Module Do?
The module is an official provisioning module built on the PekiSSL Partner API. The moment an order is accepted in WHMCS:
- The certificate is automatically created on PekiSSL (CreateAccount)
- The customer can track the certificate's live status, domain, and DCV (validation) step from the WHMCS client area
- The admin panel offers one-click Create, Terminate, and Reissue actions
- The certificate, private key, CSR, and chain files can be downloaded directly from the client area
- Cancelling the order automatically terminates the certificate on PekiSSL's side as well
Installation
The module is completely free — just open a PekiSSL reseller account and grab an API key from your reseller dashboard; there's no extra license fee or activation step. Copy the pekissl_ssl folder into your WHMCS installation's modules/servers/ directory, create a new product, and set your API key and PekiSSL package slug. Compatible with WHMCS 8.0+ and PHP 8.2+.
Test Without Any Risk
Before switching to a live key, you can test the entire flow with a sandbox (sk_test_...) key — this mode never contacts the real certificate authority, doesn't touch your reseller balance, and instantly issues a realistic test certificate.

Also Works for International Resellers
The module isn't limited to Turkey: whether the order form's "Tax Number" field is required is determined automatically from the customer's WHMCS Country field — mandatory in Turkish tax-ID / national-ID format for Turkey, fully optional for every other country. That means you can serve both your Turkish and international customers with the same module, with no changes to the order form.
